We're planning to extend this to include: not arrived, arrived, delayed and dropped out

We'll also need a "notes", so include context.

It's possible this ends up easiest to implement as an event log (eg "team arrived", "team left") with comments on each. Plus a UI to show the latest known status for all teams.
