Probably need to make sure everything is up to date and well documented in the README before we release anything.

Add project dependencies:

# Dependencies
* python-magic
* requests
* BeautifulSoup
* pdfminer

@kbandla Yeah... those are all in the requirements.txt, we'll just have to add a reference on how to set up.
