Describe the request
We would like to ignore the secret checks in the indexercluster when the pod is net yet created

Expected behavior
It happens that we receive a "couldn't find secret in Pod ..." error when the indexercluster tries to update a secret for a pod that is not yet created.

I need to register the scenario so the issue can be reproduced the issue, but I can propose a change already for this
