We need content for an email to companies after an apprenticeship has been submitted.

Things to mention:

  • we'll need a new referral once per year or the listing will be removed
  • we reserve the right to not list you

In addition to this should we also have an email that we send once the listing is live?

Dear [submitting-company-name],

Thanks so much for sharing about your apprenticeship program! We want apprentice.at to be a curated list of the best apprenticeship programs around. As part of the curation process, and in order to effectively evaluate your listing, we would like to speak with a graduate of your most recent apprenticeship program. We’ll ask them four simple questions about their experience which will help us tremendously to determine if your program is a good fit for apprentice.at.

Of course, there is always the possibility that we won’t choose to list you. If that were to happen, we want you to know that it’s not because we don’t like (or respect) what you’re doing. It’s simply because we want apprentice.at to adhere to a specific type of apprenticeship.

If you’d like to continue with the listing process, please share the name and email address of one of your most recent apprenticeship program grads.

Thanks again for your interest in apprentice.at!

Cheers,
The apprentice.at Team

@cromwellryan were we going to ask for an email of a past apprentice on the website form? If so we won't need to ask for it in this email, maybe just let them know that we are going to contact them.

@kaseybon I was writing this to send to the folks who have already submitted but did so before we added that field! I can write a variation for the normal submission process?

@bencallahan It looks like FormKeep can automatically send an email to whoever fills out the form when they submit. Do you want to send them a modified version of this? Here soon the submit form will have a field for an past apprentice email address so we wont need to ask them for that.
