What I did:

Visited https://openctx.org
Was confused that there was no blinking yellow in the "How it looks in your editor" part.
Clicked "Try in playground"
Noticed "0 annotations" next to "Annotated code"

I assume the intent in both cases was to have some annotations there out of the box.

I've done no debugging, just lazily filed this issue. :)
