I don't know the answer to

Should this

export ENG_ARCHIVE=/proj/sot/ska/data/eng_archive/1999

be

export ENG_ARCHIVE=/proj/sot/ska/data/eng_archive/1999/data

?
Even with that I get

ValueError: MSID CONLOFP is not in Eng Archive
