Stripe.js is loaded on every page of the starter frontend instead of only on checkout pages relevant.

Solidus Version:
All

To Reproduce
Load up the starter frontend in conjunction with solidus_stripe.

Current behavior
Stripe is always loaded.

Expected behavior
Stripejs should load only during relevant page views.
