Meter not recognizing my character

Occasionally the meter won't recognize my character (aero) and instead list 7 characters with my damage being attributed to (at least in all of my cases so far) an artist.

As you can see, one of the artists is doing a large amount of damage and there is no aero listed.

I'm not sure if this has been posted before but figured it might be something worth looking into if it's a bug?

are you using vpn? do you have raw socket on?

I opened it during the first lockout, we went to refeast, and re-entered. I figured that would be okay.

I don't use a vpn, where do I check if I have raw socket on? I didn't see it in my quick view of the settings. I could be very blind though.

do you use wifi? sometimes there might be packet loss and some important info will be missing for the meter
