[FEATURE REQUEST]: checkout consumables and re purchase and assign consumables to user

When i checkin 5 pencils and check them out to some user
they are checked out as seperated 5 pencils not of quantity of 5
and also if the pencils ran out of stock i still get the quantity warning isnt there a way to re purchase the same consumable and refill the quantity
