I noticed that the Docker configurations are not working/out-dated. I already opened an - # issue two months ago #15751.
Now there are more problems as the project does not run out of the box after cloning and running docker.
If no one is working on this, I can do this task.

EDIT: I worked on this and made three PRs #16009 #16010 #16011
