The License Agreement case study contains a possible fail:

GIVEN The licence is Commissioned
      The Licensee seeks approval
      The Licensor denies approval
EXPECT BREACH due to The Licensee MUST publish (§ Commissioned Must Publish)
VS The Licensee SHANT publish (§ No Blabbing)

Solution:

  • The Licensee publishes
  • The Licensee has complied with the MUST from § Commissioned Must Publish
  • The Licensee removes the material within 24 hours
  • The Licensee has complied with the SHANT from § No Blabbing
