Hi Leo,

A long time ago we had a conversation about being able to publish with a pre-defined unique message_id. Is this something that was ever completed?

Ok, I see what you want to do now. Yes, this is doable and I'll add this feature in a couple of days. Not sure yet what kind of warnings i'll put in the documentation for this setting...
