Error Running / Debugging Skoruba.Duende.IdentityServer.Admin

I'm trying to run/debug this in Visual Studio 2022 and get the error below. Is there something I am missing to get this up and running?

I tried both using the IIS Express and Skoruba.Duende.IdentityServer.Admin startup configurations.
