From DevOps Guild meeting.

Issues with how we set up Prometheus and Grafana by default in scaf:

Hostname, cert, ingress for grafana.
Proper alert setup in alertmanager. (@balavec has experience here)
External contact config for alerts.
Add dashboard/alert manifests for basic good-enough config.
Make sure Loki is also included/configured/added to dashboards/added to alerts.

This might need to be multiple tickets; if so, file them and close this one.
