Grafana 5.0 added functionality to provision dashboards and data sources

I was about to use this project by achieved very nice integration with dashboards being added automatically without rebuild or restart of containers using provisioning provided by grafana.

Hi @vveliev-tc yeah your are right. We had one contributor that tried that but didn't get it to work correctly at that time. I haven't tried but it would be cool to do it using provisioning, but I haven't had time/focus to do it.
