The C client could render games as ASCII or using a graphics library, but neither are easy to link someone to. A web interface seems more suited.

C server should log games as they are played.
Web interface should display a particular game played.
Web interface should allow viewing all games played.
Web interface should show player statistics.
Web interface should allow submitting of new players.
