Add samba server

Norns 2.2.3 introduced a webdav server https://github.com/monome/norns/releases/tag/v2.2.3
This worked well on some systems, but not so well on others (i.e. Windows), so it's going to be replaced with a Samba server.
To stay compatible a samba server needs to be added to this image as well.
Will wait for implementation in a new norns release to follow the implementation as close as possible.
