library include does not work!

i am trying to include the library, downloaded the .ZIP file, included the library, and it says "No such file or directory. and ends with exit status 1. I saw tons of vids on how to troubleshoot, and nothing worked. can someone help?

Hi, Have you installed the library after downloading it? Sketch->Include Library->Add ZIP file in the Arduino IDE menu. Simon.
