We want a script that we can give to the competitors that will compress and submit their AI for them. This will require:

A new endpoint (POST /api/submissions)
- should be 'unprotected'
- Needs to accept API key and team name as parameters
Two configurable scripts to call the endpoint (.sh and .bat)
