Link guest State to Host State on CellulOS #66

Now that we can get the some OSmosis state from a Linux instance: #28

We should link it with the host CellulOS state. This requires two main things

Modeling : Exact which resources in the host map to what in the guest: Different Types of PDs in the context of nested PDs #40
Impl: Ensure that we can run the python+C++ program inside the our busybox based guest VM

So far, we have been able to link gPA to hPA and gPA to hVA.
Details are in https://github.com/sid-agrawal/OSmosis/blob/cellulos/scripts/proc/vm_model.py
