Support for locales and currency

It would be nice to allow people to choose a specific system language and a currency.

This can be achieve during the installation using the following environment variables: INSTALL_LOCALE and INSTALL_CURRENCY

Definition of Done

Being able to specify another local than en-GB and a different currency than EUR.

For now, we can pass these variables using the extra env var from the helm chart.

This is not helpful if we set configuration options around the operator. Since the operator is there for configure shopware in a proper way and if you change the locale we also need to rerun the setup. So for testing it's a workaround, but we shouldn't use the easy way as a solution for everybody.
