Feature Request: timeout argument

Hi, I noticed that when for a reason or another my whisper server is not available, Instead of erroring out the assist pipeline gets stuck waiting forever until I manually debug the whole thing.

I think it would be fixed if you errored out after some time. I think it could also be solved on the home assistant side directly too but that might take a long while.

What do you think?

I have not experienced this, but if you find a way to deploy it as an option, I am happy to see it.
