Occasionally after reboots or network issues chronyc will get into a state where it has sources configured, but its not actually connected to it, thus not tracking it, and not syncing with a clock.
Would be great if this plugin can support verifying at least one source is active and being used, just looking tracking doesnt seem to do that since it doesnt have a source status or LastRx.
