WHAT

Precisamos rodar o cypress (testes para frontend), sempre que um Pull Request for aberto.

WHY

Para garantir o funcionamento das páginas já existentes.

HOW

No ambiente local é utilizado esse comando
npx cypress open

Mas é necessário fazer um discovery sobre como executar isso dentro do github actions

Atualmente está issue está blocked, porque criamos issues que estão corrigindo os testes para assim serem integrados ao pipeline de testes.
