Test: scylla-staging/valerii/vp-scale-5000-tables-test#3
In this test new tables get created and populated in batches (in current case it is 125).

So, after 15h of the test run having 1625 populated tables the disrupt_run_cdcstressor_tool nemesis gets run.
And it took 2h15m to provide following decision: CDC is not enabled on any table. Skipping.
When it finished there were 1875 tables already.
