Import progress bar is not updating

Issue

When running imports, there is a status dialogue that shows how many of records in total are already imported.
It seems, that there is a status bar as well, but the progress is not updating in the bar chart.

Possible Fix

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Install Suite 8.8
2. Prepare a CSV to import
3. Import the CSV

Context

A visual feedback would be nice, especially if the idea is already there, as it seems.
