RC Scrollbars hidding Chraka's Popover #30

Description

Hi everyone! When I'm using RC Scrollbars I can't use a Popover component inside of it. For some reason, it simply won't work.

Steps to reproduce

Click on the first button. You will see it works without the Scrollbars;
Click on the first button. You will see it don't work with Scrollbars
