Provide feedback during text processing

Sometimes the processing pipeline can take up to a whole minute (or longer) to finish, with the loading bar just spinning in place.

Would be nice to have little messages saying where it's at, i.e. Cleaning Text..., Extracting Entities... or even just a progress bar. Not quite sure if there's a clean and easy way to do that in Dash
