Add RHEL endpoint lifecycle with data science container edge demo

As part of our upcoming RHEL 8.3 release, leverage the osbuild new capabilities along with the new edge secure features that utilize rpm-ostree features to create and provision a new edge device, then patch that "far edge" RHEL endpoint. Configure the network for a new edge device. Use TPM2v4 for all encryption. Register in edge registry new services. Push and/or pull a new signed podman image on edge device. Refer to this repo https://github.com/gicmo/ostree-osbuild-demo for an example. Will break these up if needed.
