Entries added to the search bar

When you search a tech in the search bar, add a list of selected tags.
You will be able to delete the tags below the search bar.
When a tag is added below the search bar, highlight the techs in the profile list items.
If a searched tech is in a candidate non_wanted_tech, hide the candidate from the profile list items
