Describe the user story
As a developper, I need to follow some format for commit messages (Jira ticket or specific keywords inside the commit message) but Atlantis does not provide a way to customize the commit message.

Describe the solution you'd like
Possibility to append something to the commit message (example : a fixed Jira ticket, or a keyword to bypass commit rules)

Describe the drawbacks of your solution
Should not create any drawbacks

Describe alternatives you've considered
Trying to negotiate with company rules, still discussing
