Reproduction steps:

  1. Open RD settings
  2. Navigate to Code Inspection Settings
  3. Highlight an entry (repro uses Implicit Active Workbook reference)
  4. Highlight a different entry (repro uses "no explicit increment to "For...Next")
  5. Change the severity of the newly selected entry
  6. Highlight the entry selected in Step 3
