Chicken and Pineapple Salad

  • 4 large - cans cut bite size chicken breasts
  • 1 large - can pineapple chunks
  • 2 - 3 stalks slices celery
  • 1 small - pkg slivered almonds
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can Chinese dry crunchy noodles
  • to taste salt & pepper

Ingredients

  • Cook chicken in chicken broth, r buy a whole cooked chicken. Cool cooked chicken then cut into bite size pieces. Mix chicken, pineapple, celery, almonds, and water chestnuts in a bowl and cover with mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste.. Serve salad over crunchy noodles.
