It seems that dnf5 likes to tell you that every package is replacing itself, which seems rather pointless and tautologous, for example:

Upgrading:
 PackageKit x86_64 1.2.8-4.fc41 fedora-rawhide 2.9 MiB
  replacing PackageKit x86_64 1.2.8-3.fc40 <unknown> 2.9 MiB
 PackageKit-command-not-found x86_64 1.2.8-4.fc41 fedora-rawhide 35.2 KiB
  replacing PackageKit-command-not-found x86_64 1.2.8-3.fc40 <unknown> 35.2 KiB
 PackageKit-glib x86_64 1.2.8-4.fc41 fedora-rawhide 520.3 KiB
  replacing PackageKit-glib x86_64 1.2.8-3.fc40 <unknown> 520.4 KiB
 PackageKit-gtk3-module x86_64 1.2.8-4.fc41 fedora-rawhide 19.7 KiB
  replacing PackageKit-gtk3-module x86_64 1.2.8-3.fc40 <unknown> 19.7 KiB
...

Previous versions only output that message when an obsolete meant that one package was replacing another which makes more sense and avoids double the number of lines of output that need to be reviewed.
