Find a way to delete obsolete packages. #14

Currently all container which were ever built are available through the packages page: https://github.com/orgs/rnpgp/packages?repo_name=rnp-ci-containers

And I don't see a way to delete them.
Also probably we should have some version tagging, i.e. not just 'latest' and 'untagged'.
