Describe the bug
When navigating to Settings page from Project page after selecting "wake project", the UI will seemingly reset the wake process (it seems to be continuing on the back end though).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Wake Project
  2. Navigate to Settings Page
  3. Note that Hibernate banner returns,
  4. Navigate back to Project page

Expected behavior
All the pages (like Users) should keep the hibernation UI continuing
