Hentai Cafe - https://hentai.cafe/ - has been closed for some time now. I think it got DMCA'ed
MangaSee - https://mangaseeonline.us/ - looks like is being rebuilt, been offline for a while now, just a holding page right now.
MangaDex - https://mangadex.org/ -
is also being rebuilt, and alludes to being in "Early Access".
The manga directory is currently incompatible with FMD, ie. looks like it cannot be read
And the path names for the titles are now completely different to what the FMD database for this site expects, but since the directory cannot be read, cannot be updated.
