setup.py fails when installing scikit-image everytime #152

if it already exists it uninstalls it and then fails. if it does not exist it fails when trying to install it for some reason.

I got it past this problem by using Python 3.6. However, due to some problems with elasticsearch versions, I do not yet have it running.
