Binner public release

This relatively minor release packs a lot of updates! We've added support for the newer Octopart/Nexar api in product searches, Octopart was largely neglected and the newer api brings us a lot more data. Free api keys will get you 1,000 searches/mo. Additionally we now support ARM64 for Raspberry PI.

Quite a few BOM updates, with some newer tabbed UI for fine grain control over part PCB assignments. More to come in the near future.
