Previous notes and tags not detected

Hi,

I was using a Zettelkasten with Sublime before without any extra packages, just using Sublime's basic search functionalities. So first of all, thanks for your great package, this is next level ;)

Unfortunately, your plugin does not seem to have read in my notes and tags from the pre-existing notes in the folder. Everything works fine for new notes that I create, but the old material isn't listed in any of the search results or in the autocompletion dialogues. Is this my mistake or just technically not possible?
