Describe the bug
After creating an off-chain project via the web2 user project creation flow, the project shows up correctly when viewing my own "Projects" page, but when I view the public view of my profile, the projects tab is empty.
To Reproduce
Create an off-chain project (I tested this both with Keplr and web2 based accounts)
navigate to your profile page by clicking on there "Projects" button in the top-right profile menu
verify that you can see your off chain project in the "Projects" section
click the "Copy Profile URL" link
visit that link, and navigate to the "Projects" tab
verify that no projects are visible
Expected behavior
Projects should be visible in the public profile URL
