Index redwood in production indexer

This task is to adjust the production indexer so that it can index redwood and mainnet in the same database.
This would result in a single data source for redwood and mainnet.
It would allow us to query historical information for both networks.
This is important given that we want to support both redwood and mainnet in the production groups-ui application.

As discussed on the architecture call, we may need to update the all ecocredit txs function to account for chain number. We may need to adjust retirement certificates and group proposals as well.
