Running OASIS-perp/OASIS-iter

This is a very exciting method, and I am trying to reproduce Fig. 4B in your OASIS publication. Is there a way to run OASIS-iter or OASIS-perp?

Thanks for your interest / questions (also #28). I'm looking to make a separate github repo for OASIS, and will try and upload more of the paper's code there, to enable it to be independently run in python. I need to clean / modularize the code so it'll take a bit, but if I haven't responded here in 2 weeks feel free to bump this.
