Unable to remove Label in PR View

Hi Team,

Label with long content are making the PR list almost unusable and they cannot be removed because there is no multiline/overflow/scroll in the editing section

Steps to reproduce:

To delete a label from a pull request follow these steps:

1. Go to a repository → the Pull request page.
2. Choose a pull request and open the overview.
3. Activate the Labels section by clicking on the pencil icon

Then click on the cross (X) on the label which you want to delete.

Expected result:

• Cross “X” mark should be visible and able to Click and delete.

Actual result:

• Label is cut-off and not showing even by hovering on the labels

• How to remove this label as the cross “X” is not showing due to the overflow. Kindly check and help on this issue
