Remove unwanted white space around choropleth map #9

Greetings - thanks for the great library!

We are using it to render choropleth maps for this project: https://github.com/NuCivic/react-dashboard

It appears like unwanted white space is being added inside the svg element which creates some challenges for rendering.

Any idea how to adjust the margins inside the svg element?
