Starter should be deployed to the rbb-data vercel account

There is an account registered to the shared team e-mail. This account should be configured so that we can deploy this app there instead of the private account it's currently being deployed to.

The way this is currently deployed depends on features which are paid-for, so they're kind of a donation from @errnesto. :) Possible ways forward:

1. Accept that it's a donation from @errnesto, that we don't have full access in the current setup and keep it like it is
2. Change the deployment to not depend on vercel
3. Organize a paid-for vercel account in-house

Since vercel and next are a perfect marriage, let's not do 2. 3 on the other hand sound painful 😄 so let's go with 1 for now? (only if that is fine with @errnesto of course - thank you btw 🙏🏻 )
