Can you make this pack for PHP 7.x

I have a laravel 7 project and it's run on PHP7.4 but when I try to install this I get an error.

- rappasoft/laravel-authentication-log v1.1.1 requires php ^8.0 which does not match your installed version 7.4.3.

is there any specific reason not to upgrade to PHP 8?

as you can see PHP 7.4 will still have an active support until 28 Nov 2021, so upgrading to PHP 8.0 will be beneficial to you too.

also you can look at the maintainers' answer here #6 (comment) he is happy if you open a PR to support include the support of PHP 7.4

I have the same request, I installed this package on my local environment, by upgrading my local development environment to PHP8, but the problem is the web server I host my application uses PHP7.4 it's not in my control. I change the composer lock file and made the php requirement to 7.4 and 8.0, can us at least know, is there any specific functions that can run only on PHP8.0 in this package?

I found similar package to this that work on PHP7.4. But it seems abandon after 2020. But it worked on Laravel 8 (I tested). Although It doesn't contain all the options this package offer like geo locations.
