Tigera recommends installing Calico by using the operator. This is how we are doing it already in rke2, therefore, to simplify future upgrades rke ==> rke2, we should start using it in rke as well

We will install calico using the operator but still we need to use variables that are coming from rke installation. For example, the clusterCIDR. If you install Calico from upstream, how do you make sure that kube-proxy, calico and kubernetes nodes are aligned in the clusterCIDR?
