Data Visualization Tracking Events

I need to track how many time my users are visualizing my charts. How many actions the users do in the chart? How many of them are only see the chart? How many of them are doing more than one action?
How about the different types of the graph? If I change the type of visualization with the same data are the using spending more time or doing more actions on my site? Could make A/B data visualization for the same information to increase user session time.
Could be useful to track dashboards too.
