This is gonna sound crazy, but what about the idea of Dockerizing Moonshine?
I really like the simplicity of having sensible defaults with a couple of central config files, but things seem to be moving in the Docker direction, and I think it would be fantastic if we could keep the philosophy of Moonshine but have it configure and link Docker containers instead of installing software from plugins.

Hey there I just started coding and I'm onboarding with moonshine and docker. And I am pleased with the pretty flawless and humble coding processes. These people are great
Given the drop of plugin support in Rails 4, and in keeping with Ruby/Rails conventions, moonshine and its plugins should be converted to gems.
